Peru, Cordillera Huayhuash
- Duration: 14 Days (approx.)
- Location: Lima airport

Brief Description
The Huayhuash hike via Trapecio pass in the Cordillera Huayhuash is one of the most impressive in all Peru. On this trek you will see glorious green glacial lakes surrounded by enormous granite rocks, multicoloured lagoons and dozens of snowcapped mountains soaring above you. The area was made famous by the documentary film Touching the Void (2003) about two young British climbers who become lost. Don’t worry - we won’t be climbing cliff faces or getting lost!
Trapecio high pass at 5,020m is the highest point of the entire Huayhuash adventure. It is also one of the best viewpoints.
