With independence since 1991, Slovenia offers a sparkling and curious travel opportunity for those that seek the road less travelled. We trek the glorious Julian Alps trails amongst jagged peaks and picturesque pine forests. Visit beautiful Lake Bled and Slovenia's oldest castle perched on a cliff overlooking the lake and the city of Bled. This is a challenging trek with great reward, including a mixture of hut to hut and hotel accommodation.
